Through initial management, systems and marketing improvements we have increased revenues significantly in one year. A $4M renovation of the entire property will begin in October 2023 with a completion date of April 2024. This will include all guest rooms, public space, grounds, pool area and a complete rebranding of the property renamed as “The Sagaponack”.
